I am Marina, a UX/UI and graphic designer based in sunny Greece, where the Mediterranean light inspires everything I create. My design journey began with a simple fascination: how can colors, shapes, and compositions transform ideas into experiences that move people?
For over 8 years, I’ve been turning that fascination into a career—experimenting, learning, and crafting designs that don’t just look beautiful, but make a real difference in how people interact with brands and products.
I bridge the worlds of visual storytelling and user experience. With expertise spanning brand identity, editorial design, and digital interfaces, I create work that balances aesthetic appeal with purposeful functionality.
My toolkit includes Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, and Canva—but the real magic happens when I combine these tools with research-driven insights and a deep understanding of user needs. Whether designing a complete brand system or prototyping an intuitive app interface, I approach every project with the same philosophy: design should be both stunning and solve problems.
I take bold ideas and bring them to life through innovative design that drives results. My work has helped NGOs expand their reach (like Plavio, serving communities across Africa), given authors a powerful digital presence (like Unpredictable by Honey Kasper), and earned recognition in international competitions—including winning the Stellar Poster Competition 2021 for my Greek God Dionysus design, selected among top advertising work globally. You can view it here.
I excel at working with cross-functional teams, remote collaborators across time zones, and stakeholders with diverse perspectives. Clear communication, adaptability, and a passion for learning keep me at the forefront of design trends and technologies.
Beyond the work itself, I’m a lifelong learner with an insatiable curiosity. When I’m not designing, I’m deepening my skills through online courses, reading about psychology and human behavior (which constantly shapes how I approach UX), or exploring the latest design tools and trends.
Design competitions energize me—they’re where I push creative boundaries and challenge myself to think differently.
But what truly drives me is impact. I’m passionate about projects that make a difference—whether that’s helping an NGO reach communities in need, giving a brand a voice that resonates, or creating digital experiences that genuinely improve people’s lives. That’s the work that makes me excited to design every single day.
