Passionate about graphic design, I am excited to present my latest project—a visually captivating brochure for Zax Sea View Summer Resort. Join me as I take you through the design process and share the journey behind creating this stunning piece for my graphic design portfolio. Understanding the purpose of the brochure was crucial. My goal was to create an enticing visual experience that would captivate potential visitors, leaving them eager to explore the resort further. The brochure needed to showcase the luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, and diverse range of activities available at Zax Sea View. Armed with insights and objectives, I delved into the conceptualization stage. Sketching out rough ideas helped me visualize the overall structure and flow of the brochure. I carefully considered the layout, typography, color palettes, and imagery that would best represent the essence of Zax Sea View—luxury, relaxation, and adventure. To bring the resort to life, I curated a collection of high-quality images. Each image was strategically chosen to showcase the stunning beachfront, elegantly designed interiors, delectable cuisine, exciting activities, and serene wellness areas, aiming to evoke emotions and provide viewers with a glimpse into the unforgettable experiences awaiting them at Zax Sea View. Typography played a crucial role in conveying the resort’s brand identity. I selected elegant and modern fonts that exuded sophistication while ensuring readability. The color palette reflected the resort’s natural surroundings, with serene blues, earthy tones, and subtle accents that complemented the imagery and enhanced the overall aesthetic. The layout and composition of the brochure were designed to guide the viewers’ journey seamlessly. I crafted a balanced and visually pleasing composition that allowed the content to breathe and the stunning images to take center stage. Attention was given to creating a logical flow that showcased the various aspects of the resort in a cohesive and engaging manner. The design process involved several rounds of refinement and iteration. I sought feedback from Michael, the owner of Zax Sea View, carefully considering his input to fine-tune the brochure further. This iterative approach ensured that the final design truly captured the essence of Zax Sea View, leaving a lasting impression on anyone who flipped through its pages.

Dionysus Pub

The Dionysus Pub poster was created for the Stellar Poster competition in 2021 with the aim of crafting a visually captivating and engaging poster with a pub theme that prominently showcased Dionysus, the Greek deity associated with wine and festivals. The main goal was to come up with a logo that captured the spirit of Dionysus and the mood of the pub. So I made a number of different Dionysus faces. Finally I create the final design where the words “Dionysus Pub” were written in big, strong letters that seemed to jump off the page. This was done to draw attention to the name of the pub. Also, the logo had the head of Dionysus and sheets of grapes to show the link between the Greek god and wine. The typography and layout decisions were essential in capturing the attention of viewers and conveying the desired message effectively. The chosen font for the primary text was bold and eye-catching, with its size and placement making it the focal point of the poster. The layout was designed to guide the viewer’s eye towards the central image and create a sense of balance and harmony. To create a captivating composition, various elements were incorporated, such as vines, grapes, and wine glasses, to reinforce the pub theme and Dionysus’ association with wine. The combination of these elements aimed to create a visually appealing and cohesive design that captured the essence of the pub and the Greek god. The Dionysus Pub poster design successfully captured the spirit of Dionysus and the atmosphere of a pub. The bold typography, vibrant color palette, and well-composed central image combined to create an engaging and visually striking design.
